I’m Blake, an applied mathematician working at the intersection of neuroscience, machine learning, and software engineering. I write about probability, stochastic processes, Python tooling, and the practical side of building things with code.

About me
I have a background in mathematical neuroscience with publications on neural field models and kidney morphogenesis. These days I spend most of my time building software tools, exploring machine learning applications, and sharing what I learn along the way.
